VTC 1020-PA是一款紧凑、坚固的入门级车载电脑，配备英特尔Atom® x5-E3930双核1.3GHz处理器，专门用于恶劣的车载环境中的公共交通应用。由于设计紧凑，它特别适用于空间有限的车辆，以放置计算机系统，但不影响其空间，以减少其功能。
VTC 1020-PA有3个音频输入和3个音频输出开关，可用作公共广播功能，如对司机、内部乘客和外部乘客。由于它有3个独立的视频输出，它可以灵活地在PIS应用中提供不同的视频内容。VTC 1020-PA具有板载CAN 2.0B和可选的OBD接口（SAE J1939），用于车辆诊断和驾驶员行为管理。一种先进的GPS接收机支持GPS/Gloness/QZSS/Galileo/北斗和可选的航位推算模块。
